HOW TO KEEP FIT EVEN WITH A BUSY SCHEDULE

      Staying healthy and keeping fit can be quite challenging especially if you run a busy schedule​. Here are few tips on how you can balance​ work and fitness....

 1.To-Do list: An effective way to focus on the things you value is to create a list of everything you will like to do during your leisure. When you have this list, make a scale of preference i.e number each activity according to how important it is to you. Try to include a workout in your list everyday even of it is just for 15 minutes.

 2. Relax: Stress have a negative impact on your health and one of the things you can do to stay healthy is to learn to relax. If you are busy and can't meditate or take a stroll, research shows that a good laugh can help us relax. So watch some funny videos and laugh out the stress.

 3. Vegan Diet: To keep fit,vegan diet is a must try! This includes fresh fruits, nuts and vegetables. It is also important to include lean protein, healthy crabs, vitamins, minerals and fat. Vitamin E plays an important role in vascular and immune health due to its antioxidant properties. Be sure to include this vitamin in your diet. 

4. Drink enough water: Drinking water is very important for staying healthy, energized and even loosing weight. Water boosts your metabolism and it is the best drink available. To find out how much water you should be drinking,divide your body weight (in pounds) by two and aim to drink that many ounces of water daily.

 5. Workout with your kids: If you watch your kids running about ,you will quickly realize that they are better than any personal trainer. Playing with your kids, whether it's​ on the trampoline, dancing around your living room or playing a game together is a great way to workout without realizing it. In addition, you won't feel guilty for not spending enough time with them.
