FOODS THAT GET RID OF BELLY FAT




We all want a flat,toned stomach. I crave for it too. Most women rely on crunches to get a flat stomach. Crunch is an exercise designed to strengthen the abdominal muscles- a sit up. Well...it's not the most effective abs workout. It works only the muscles on the front and side of your abdomen, but it's important to work on all the muscles at the core including lower back,hips, and upper thighs.

         Belly fat is usually estimated by measuring the circumference around your waist. This can easily be done at home with a simple tape measure. Anything above 40inches(102cm) in men and 35 inches (88cm) in women is known as abdominal obesity.

        It's important to watch what you eat... What you take in is what you get. Here is a list of some food that can get rid of that stubborn belly fat!

1. Mushrooms: As we head into colder months, vitamin D intake from the sun is reduced​. Research shows that low levels​of Vitamin D may be related with abdominal obesity. Therefore mushrooms grown under UV light should be included into belly fat-fighting meals.

2. Whole- grain bread and cereals: It prevents the body from storing fat . It also fights cancer, obesity and heart diseases.

3. Almonds and other nuts: It builds muscles and reduce cravings. Obesity, heart diseases, cancer , wrinkles are fought by almonds.

4 . Protein: Eating protein is a great long-term strategy to reduce belly fat. It reduce cravings by 60% and boosts metabolism. People who eat more and better protein have less belly fat.So, increase your intake of high protein foods such as eggs,fish, seafoods,legumes,nuts, meat, dairy foods and some whole grains.

5.. Lemons:  The high concentration of Vitamin C in lemon boosts metabolism and help the liver metabolize fat cells. If you really want to lose that belly fat, you need to grab some lemon.
